Does Jeff know?

Since we all know that Jeff is at least somewhat in the loop, and learned about WT many months before it was announced, I want to know if Jeff knows what is going into Area 51. I know that he will never reveal it, however I think that many people on this site want to know if he does know.

So Jeff, Do you know what is going to be built in area 51?

I think he has an idea, but does not know for sure. I think many here have an idea, but do not know for sure.

Why is it so important for you to know if Jeff knows?

I'm willing to bet that if we actually wait, we will find out. I think a lot of people are settin themselves up to be pretty pissed when they find out that it won't be another Millennium Force

Do I know? No.

Do I have a better than average idea? Yes.

Would I tell you if I knew for sure? No. CP is a sponsor five months out of the year for CoasterBuzz. It wouldn't be in my best interest to share if I did know.

Because it's like in high school when the cool kids are a part of something cool and you're not. It burns your ass that you're not a part of it.

Of course, some people are actually in high school, so I'm sure it's worse for them.

You are sooo right. I Mean, if I knew, first off I couldn't keep it a secret, but after that i mean, what is there? CP hasn't said anything, there isn't any construction, it would get boring. Seems like the anticipation, guessing, and making threads like the WT thread last year, and the Area 51 thread this year makes it worth the wait! I am also going to be going into 11th grade this fall.

Ditto on the 11th grade and also the part about the anticipation, quessing, and speculation. Although sometimes it gets your hopes too high and the announcement is a dissappointment, but I actually want the announcement to be a little dissappointing if it's a ride because then when you take your first ride, it blows you out of your seat. It'd suck to be get your hopes up for a ride, then be dissappointed with the ride because that letdown would last forever...

I'm also going into the 11th grade! And whatever it is that CP is building, I'm happy to say that I don't mind waiting for the official statement! It's so much more accurate than all those silly rumors ;)

it doesn't really matter to me what it is or when I find out. Will me knowing sooner get me to ride sooner? no. I'll ride it when everyone else does - when it opens.

I agree with MillenniumXL200... I was the first person in school last year to learn of Wicked Twister (I remember waking up 6am that morning to visit CP.com and GTTP), but has it given me the ability to ride it sooner? No. In fact, it may have hurt because I've been hearing of it not being up to it's young, former self, and I won't be able to experience that.

*ahem* and oh yeah, I'll be in 11th grade in the fall too :)
