Does anybody know why the other web cam isn't working becuase im starting to make me mad..... write back

I know! this is starting to get so annoying. The first time that I heard there was a new webcam it was at night so i couldn't see the construction site. The next day (yesterday) it had the little box with the red X in it on the first half of the day. Then it started to show a small section of the top. But all you could see in it was the sky and the top of a tree. Today it has the red x again.

I think the person who takes care of the web cam should get with the program!!!!

I know, I know!!!!!!! I have the answer!!!!

Mr. Kinzel is sitting in his office next to the extension cord for the webcam that is plugged into his wall. He pulls it out from time to time and says, "Just Kidding!"

Now, for real: Who the HELLo cares!!! Has your life really come to this? Is this what it all boils down to? That is very, very sad.

I don't think you have a right to tell people not to care about this Chief Wahoo (with 500 posts.)

Go do something and maybe it'll be up when you get back.

... and Jeff has more than 4500 posts and tells us to get off white pastey asses all summer. The number of posts someone has is not idicitive of how much time spent online.

I think his great amount of posts entitle him all the more to say what people should or shouldn't care about. With that many posts would most likely come an experience level and more balanced approach to posting.

And to support Chief Wahoo... it's very simple... it's a WEB CAM.. it's not life or death... it's not even all that important right now because there's no real work being done in front of it. In short, chill out and go have fun outside. The trees are frickin' beautiful right now.. go out and enjoy life instead of stressing over a web cam.

Well, I am not the most intelligent man in the room but I think if you were to read the vast majority of my 500+ posts I think you would find they had some kind of substance to them.

Now, I will admit, I have made the occasional nod to the mundane, as was the case above, but overwhelmingly I try to add something to the conversations.

To create a post only to say, "Does anybody know why the webcam is off? Write me back." Well, I guess Mr. Kinzel or the people in I.T. may be monitoring every move on this board and are ready to jump to fix something on our command or give us explanations for everything but I doubt it.

Is posting a message a new form of art I've never heard of? Who cares if people like to spend time online and talk about the webcam. You don't have to say they have a "very, very sad" life. People can look at the webcam and discuss it. It IS NOT a crime. People don't have to go outside and frolic around the trees if they don't want to.

ok i know u guys don't know but i want some opnions..... do u think that this is possiable...............

i know they mirroed the image...... if u look at the bottom there is the sattion for the corkscrew at the right bottkm corner and the center

If CP is getting more track this weekend or soon, this could be possible. I think that anything can be possible. Lots of people here are talking about the L-TH-B, and well from the looks of the construction now, that seems to be the case. The only way to know exactly what #16 is going to be is to wait for CP to announce it or the construction to finish.

In my opinion, and I'm no expert, I don't think they have the room to do that. Would be nice though.

I drew that, and even I don't think its going to happen. Would be fun, but so far, it's not very likely. Plus Jeff said "still too much track" :)

umm... last I knew the corkscrew didn't race.

Good art work sigma! I do tend to agree with you about the reality of this picture and it's possibilities. Very Unlikely, but man would that be sweet!!!!

The only people that 'know' why the webcam is down are probably people who run CP's website, and I'm sure they're not gonna be wasting their time at GTTP responding to mindless tripe like this.

And if it makes you mad, you obviously have rage issues. There are plenty of places to deal with this problem, but GTTP is certainly not one of them.

And for the love of Pete, please stop putting 'write back' at the end of your posts. People will write back on their own if they think your post is sufficiently meaningful or stupid.

I just looked at it and it worked fine for me.
