Dodgem work?

One of the best times I ever had at an enthusiast event: Auto Skooters at Lakeside in Denver (their version of bumper cars). ERT. No stopping, no starting, you wanted to join in, you got in a car and joined in. You were done, you pulled off to the side and got out. I had bruises from that.

If they were tearing it down it would be gone by now. Not that I wouldn't suggest it might need to come down at some point also. However it could be rebuilt someplace else too I would think. But I haven't heard any hints of site prep for such a move.

No, if they were tearing it down they'd rip it up and sort out the pieces. That isn't happening.

Where do all of these absolute conclusions like, "It would be gone by now," "That ride is moving," "That ride is being removed," etc.? All of this random stuff is not based on any real expertise or knowledge.

If relocated, Dodgem would look nice next to Windseeker by demolishing the old Oceana stadium.

Don't be so sure. The contractors could be taking things apart carefully for salvage. Not sure what material the grid is made of, but if it is copper it could be quit valuable as scrap metal.

I don't see where anybody is offering conclusions Jeff. We're curious what might be going on. Clearly men with tools and jobs are doing something there.

Pete: the industrial dumpster and the project trailer is why I think they are doing meaningful work but not removing it. And stripping wire and removing the deck plates could be done quickly enough that I don't think three weeks of this is needed. I'm not saying, lest I imply an absolute and bring the hand of Jeff down on me, that major changes are going on as much as at least a decent amount refreshing of mechanical/electrical is taking place.

yancer, I was wondering the samething. Something is missing. I think it is the Gazebo. It also looks like something is happening in front of Wickekd Twister. Hopefully we will get answers during the Winter Chill Out.

Camera 1 has been moved to the CP&LE station. But it looks like its at a weird angle doesnt it? And also it does look like there's a little bit of room there. Maybe thats where dodgem will be going IF it is to be moved. Just a thought
