Discovery Channel Tonight (08-16-06)

I went out for ice cream tonight and totally forgot I was going to watch it! haha. I'm pretty stupid.

Luckily for me they're showing it again at midnight.

No it sucked.

I'm usually up til like 2 anyway...so thats not an issue for me!

What coasters are covered?

What a waste of time! First the CBS Show, then this! I think I'll stick to my "Rollercoasters of Cedar Point" DVD!

This one wasn't that bad... The CBS thing was absolutely not about ap's at all, this one at least mentioned several places and rides, showing footage of it. Including TTD and KK. But they didn't point out the similarities, that KK is just a bigger, faster, and meaner (more Mean Streak-like) TTD with a second hill.

My theory as to the 17 coasters is Cedar Point with Project '07 being built as the 17th. Could it be? Or is this an old one?

Six Flags Magic Mountain has 17 coasters.

And I must say, I kind of enjoyed the show. It wasn't great...but it was fun to watch. You guys are being too hard on it! haha

Tatsu was the 17th coaster added at Six Flags Magic Mountain. With Project 2007, Cedar Point will again be tied for most coasters.

I watched the show last night, and wasn't that impressed...but didn't think it was that bad. It was a 30 minute show, that easily could have been much longer. Nice to see Cedar Point featured as much as it was...even if just glimspes.

Oh right... Yeah, it wasn't too impressive, didn't cover enough, but it at least did show CP and the actual rides, compared to the CBS show which was totally biased and a load of bull ****.
