Did anyone at the park today feel the VA Earthquake

I've heard from my parents that they felt it in downtown Cleveland. I'm wondering if anyone was at the park and felt it there.
Also, what's the protocol if there is a quake at or near the park? Do they shut it down and inspect everything?

Kings Dominion closed down all the rides until further notice. Cedar Point spokesperson felt it at CP offices but none of the rides were affected.

Busch Gardens currently has all their rides down until they are fully inspected.

Let's Get Weird.

The protocall in areas that are earthquake prone (i.e. CA) is determined by the strength of the tremor. From what I have observed is that the rides are e stopped and evacuated. If it's a particully strong one the park will be cleared, otherwise the maintenance staff on duty will go through and clear each attraction to re open.

You mean protocol?

Makes sense. Thanks for the info! It's looking like KD's rides are reopening as they clear them.

Yes sir, that's what I meant. The mind thinks one thing, the fingers do something else.

Felt in Detroit today, as well.
