So I thought I'd try to take one of the MidwayVision pictures and make it my background since I run two monitors (my laptop and a 2nd monitor). However, I am having trouble making the image "stretch" across both screens.
Can anyone help me? I'm running XP.
Thanks in adavnce.

Mine doesn't do that either. But, I'm running a laptop with an external LCD and my desktop "extended" onto the other screen. I really haven't bothered to figure it out either, but if someone else knows, that would be cool.
If you have the newest drivers on ati (if you have ati card) then the catlyst control center will allow you to "stretch" across two monitors rather then "extend" Which i have found out are two totaly different things. The strecth rather makes one monitor out of two, where it makes the start (task bar) stretch across the two, where the clock will be on a different monitor then the start menu.
There may be a similar setting for nvidia cards.
Let me know if this helps

I have done that before. I use paint. I put two pictures right next to each other, than you have to figure out the stretching and shrinking part yourself. You go to the "image" tab than select the "stretch/skew" option. You than change the values manually and test what you changed them to. After you adjust the size of the pic, you have to choose the "tile" selection, using the stretched images.
It sounds complicated but if you play with it for a few than you can figure it our quite easily.

Yes that works quite well too :) but for some its not an option.
I run it for servers only but do enjoy playing around to see what I can do by my self with out the internet or help files :)
