December 17 - PointBuzz Event

Open your calendar to December, circle Saturday, December 17, and write, "2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., PointBuzz Event at Cedar Point and Castaway Bay."

We'll start at Cedar Point with a walking tour that will include the area behind Planning and Design, Mean Streak infield, Frontiertown, Gemini infield, and Magnum's lift hill. Then it's off to Chet and Matt's

Awesome Walt! Last years event was great and I was wondering when we would see the next PointBuzz event. Can't wait for more information to be posted so I can buy those tickets!

I have a question. Why do we have to pay for the Tour around the PARK. If P. Pass Holders can have a Discount I will be there, if not I still will go because it sounds fun for me!!!

There will be one price for the entire day. No discounts are available.

I'm thinking about it now that I just saw this alert. Around this time is when I'm going to need the money so it's a maybe for me.

Mr. Cedar Point, the park is closed for the season. This is a special event that wouldn't normally be possible.

The value of the event really outweighs the price. In addition to the fantastic tour, last seasons event included a fabulous dinner at Castaway Bay. Most of the cost for the event comes from the dinner. Remember also that by attending the event you support PointBuzz. If this event is successful, Walt will be more likely to hold another similar event in the future.

Cost is $20 + the Eventbrite fee. Event is limited to 50. You must enter your PointBuzz screen name to register. Each PointBuzz member can bring one guest.

Walt-will castaway bay offer any type of room discount like last years event?

No. Not many used it last year, plus this year it's in the heart of the holiday season.

So I need to buy 2 tickets, total, for me and my wife? Just checking incase you meant the "one guest" was free. :)
