Actually I think this will be the first year that Raptor will have a female TL.

Listen for the past three years there has only been either male or female ops on rides
It was never coed. Thats the way that CP likes to run things
Well there are a few exceptions like Power Tower and Mantis.
No I believe last year the were running things co-ed at the end of the year to give it a try. I'm pretty sure.

Okay this might be an obvious but what does it matter if it is co-ed? From the way some of you guys have said CP thinks it is a bad thing. Just wondering.

It doesn't matter, yes there were co-ed crews last year (Natalie might wanna chime in here) and yes they will be co-ed next year.

it's possible thay don't like co-ed crews to mamimize rider safety and minimize *AHEM* fraternizing or flirting or foolin'around on the job. just imagine, something happens and the crew is too distracted to notice...

"I think I scrambled my brain!!"
...and indeed, when I visited with my parents last summer, we noticed a certain amount of exactly that kind of crap happening with the mixed crews. Actually Dad was the one who noticed the misbehaviors. We were wondering if CP was engaged in a program to make absolutely certain that coed crews would fail so that they could go back to the unmixed crews...
Some of the stuff I've been reading suggests that at Knott's they may have mixed crews but non-mixed shifts on the rides; I wonder if we might see that at The Point this season...

Hey guys, I'll be one of the MF ride operators this summer! Anyway, it seems that most of the rides will be co-ed this summer. If you go to the website listed at the bottom of this post you can read who some of the ride operators will be. As for the question if there will be seperate male and female crews, I cannot answer that question. But because this is going to be such a popular ride, it will demand lots of employees on every shift... and because there will be seperate loading and unloading sations, I feel that it is very unlikely that they will have seperate male and female crews. But, hey this is only a personal opinion! Anyway, hope this helps and I look forward to seeing many of you this summer... if and when you conquer the fore!
