Crate with coyote near mine ride?

Just outside of the Mine Ride's maintenance shed there was a large plastic crate with what appeared to be a stuffed coyote.

A friend of mine was asking me about this. Any ideas what it's for?

Probably Cedar Point fullfilling their obligation to the Roadrunner Protection Act passed by the EPA earlier this year.

Did it look anything like the ones seen here?

HW was my first thought, but it seems a tad early to start seeing that stuff. Or maybe not.

Prob left over from HW, there are a few things that have been "around" all season. Ride the train, look for the giant scary hand sticking out of one of Thunder Canyon's pump or filter house.

^ if it was a stuffed coyote, then it sounds like its one of those big stuffed prizes, like giant gorillas or snoopys. Why its back there, I dont know. I dont remember ever seeing that, since I was just there riding CCMR.

Maybe a kid threw it there when they went riding by on CP LE railroad, and it landed there in a crate. It's funny when kids want a prize so bad, but when they finally get one, they dont want it.........:)
