Crane by DT?

There has been a crane parked over by DT for a while now (noticed this VIA webcam)... Is it just parked or is it actually doing something?

It's the tall crane that they used to put WT together, It's been sitting there since the 3rd week in February. I think they are keeping it around just in case they need it for something on WT.
