Here is what I believe Cedar Point will see in the next 10 years and how they will avoid land lock.
2001 - Phase I of Boardwalk project
which includes Stores and food shops
also moving of Schwabien (Sorry if mispelled)
2002 - Phase II of Boardwalk project
which includes Ghostrider clone
also Berenstien Bear area torn down
Some of the kiddie rides relocated
to Gemini Children Area
2003 - Soak City Improvments
Also new hotel area added on Cedar Point Drive
2004 - Camper Village torn down
Phase I Futuristic area added
which includes B&M Floorless
a 2 coaster B&M Deal signed
2005 - Phase II of Futuristic area
which includes many new style flat rides
one of which is a Cliffhanger clone
2006 - New hotel added to Cedar Point Drive
2nd of the B&M deal
which is a Vertical Drop Coaster
2007 - Mad Mouse added to Boardwalk area
Marina improvements
2008 - Arrow Launched looper
added in Berensien Bears area
It goes in and out of the Ghostrider clone
2009 - Major improvments on the park
which includes re-coloring of
Magnum, Raptor, and others
and major landscaping job
2010 - Kiddie coaster added to Camp Snoopy
which goes over lake area
2011 - Cedar Creek Mine Ride removed
New Record breaking coaster

Well Cp will probably do what I hate and that's tear out old and outdated rides for new ones and new attractions.I remember going to Six Flags when I was 7 and I have pictures of different rides and now in 2000 they no longer exist.They have acres and acres of land they could buy up and develop but they choose not to for some reason.They have brought back a few classic rides like the octapus and scrambler but have torn down many more.Im hoping CP doesnt follow in their footsteps.I love a park with classic rides.
