I predicted this back in the Coke thread...I'm glad Cedar Fair parks are on MCR now. :)

Some are going to look at the 1425 required points and laugh like myself. I mean, that's over 142 12-packs.

But, what they sometimes do is drastically mark down the required points for special promotions. For example, a free 12-pack is normally 250 points, but they mark it down to just 30 points for a day in December each year. Or last year, they marked down adult Six Flags tickets to 250 points at some point.

They also did a Six Flags instant win game last year (which you could play for free 5 times each day). I had a trip planned where I needed 2 adult tickets for Six Flags Great Adventure last year. For some reason, I was logged into My Coke Rewards and randomly saw the Six Flags Instant Win Game.

I pulled the lever on the slot machine, and I won 2 free tickets to Six Flags Great Adventure. It was one of the more bizarre experiences in my life, but so awesome. That coincidence saved me at least $80.

A friend of mine,also a platinum pass holder,has been doing the coke rewards program for years. We have everyone saving caps and cases for us. Free tickets to 6FGANJ in 2010,6F Georgia & 6FGANJ in 2011,6FGANJ & 6FMM in 2012.

Do you think that they will do both CF and SF promos this year?

I got some CP codes off coke rewards, where do you enter them for the CP tickets?

There is a limit to how many points you can enter in a week. I think it is 140 so it would take just over 10 weeks to earn one free ticket. So if you want to go this summer you need to start entering them now! Or make two seperate accounts with two emails so you can enter more. I get all of the caps from my parents and they are only worth 3 points a piece, talk about taking forever to put them all in :)

I just checked and there is a 120 weekly point limit for entering and a one day pass to CP is 1000 points.

Looking at my March 9th post, it totally went as predicted. They marked the Cedar Fair tickets down to 250 points for a promo, and they're currently running a Cedar Fair ticket instant win game. You can get 5 free plays per day if you have some time to kill.

There aren't free entries. They are three points per entry with a maximum of five entries per day. I wish that they were free entires, would have saved myself 30 points already :)

They are now 1000 points for a regular ticket. Just got 2 for the season! They do go pretty quick so if you have the points go for it. I do have a Coke Zero addiction but I have friends who give me codes as gifts. Dork I know... :)

There are free entries. :) Go to the bottom of My Coke Rewards, click "Instant Wins." Scroll down to free method of entry. Click the link, and enter the captchas. You'll get a free entry. You can do that 5 times per day.
