CP Then and Now
Now "CP Then and Now" is something I thought up at work this morning. We all know how change effects the park in both positive and negative ways. The question is what part of the park do you prefer now? For example do you prefer the past Pirate Ride or the Quaterback Arcade that is on its current location.
So here we go, just think before you answer and if you can think of anymore add them:

I like this idea so here are my picks.
I prefer Raptor now to Mill race then.
I prefer Iron Dragon now to Western Cruise then.
I liked Paddle Wheel Cafe more than Coasters now.
I like Disaster Transport more than Avalanche Run.(although the Avalanche Run theming was better, I like the darkness of DT.)
I prefer Iron Dragon now to Frontier Lift then (sorry skyrides scare me)
I prefered S.F. Earthquake to Snoopy boutique, however I have to admit that the boutique probably makes more money for the park.
I like Power Tower better than Jungle Larry's (I've never gotten into those animal shows)

Some are vary difficult to call, for example I miss the Fun House but not more than I’d miss the Giant Wheel. This is a great thread. It makes me realize how many CP changes really have been improvements. Even if each change is incremental, and not all changes are improvement, the net overall gain is really something to behold. It also makes me realize how many things I remember are gone, and I’m not that old yet!
