CP on its last weekend.

Who went & how was the weather?  It had to be freezing!
Judging from the cameras there it was really raining yesterday (do you know where the Demon Drop one went, again?).  Other than that I truthfully don't know.

I went Friday and was quite disappointed. Since I live 4 hours away I called the info line to check on ride availability. The lady I spoke to said that temperature and wind would not shut any rides down. Rain was the only concern. I decided to take my chances based on that conversation. I arrived at 6:45 to NO RAIN whatsoever and was quite upset when I found out that MF, Raptor, and PT were down for the entire night. Also, Magnum was running one train with the last 3 rows roped off. I realize that CP cannot control the weather but that is why I called. I would have appreciated a more honest answer from the information line.
When I got to the park, I honestly thought the park was closed. I looked around and saw nothing moving and I heard no noise.

Yup. We worked in the artic tundra this weekend. :) I actually went into the part for a final goodbye friday night and shivered for almost 2 hours afterward while sitting in my room in commons.  It was good fun though- they let us hide in the heated maintenance shed until we had guests and we got free hot chocolate :) but sunday was a good day- for a sunday :)
