Why do they advertise to MN and PA residents? What if your from OH you shouldn't buy the apparel?
I don't know about Minnesota, but in Pennsylvania there is no sales tax on clothing in PA. Perhaps MN is the same way and for those states your total is calculated without tax.
OR (and I doubt that this is the case, since KS and CA would be included) it may have something to do with the fact that CF owns parks in those states.
