I'm sure it's easy enough to check the county property records online, assuming they actually have them online. I recall many years ago that there was some desire to acquire land in a line from the end of Cedar Point Dr. to 250 along that waterway, but I don't know how true that is or how much they might have acquired.

You can search the Erie County auditor's website to see what property the park owns. In addition to property around Cedar Point Dr, they own a number of parcels around town and on the Chaussee.

I recall that the county auditor does have an interactive GIS online, so finding the owners of the various parcels is not particularly difficult.
Parsing that data, on the other hand, can be a challenge. A partial list of property owners:
Cedar Point Park, LLC
Magnum Management Corp
Oooh! Wait a minute! That's all I see! Last time I looked, there had to be at least a dozen different ownership entities including the Cedar Point Bridge Company, Magnum Management, Cedar Fair, hd a whole bunch of other names on property known to be owned by Cedar Point. For instance, the parking lot where the Schwabinchen sat for a couple of years was split into three different owners; now it is all Cedar Point Park.
I guess they have been restructuring their holdings!
