CP in September

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions about the park in the month of September. First off, I do apologize if I seem to be expecting you all to predict the future. That is not the case. I am just curious as to a gereral answer.

1.) Generally speaking, how are the crowds/lines on a Saturday and/or Sunday in early September? I visited the park in early July on a weekday and I waited about 2hrs for MF and 3hrs for TTD.

2.) Typically, how is the weather during this time of year?

I am from California and plan on making a trip, so I am probably not as knowledgable as you all. Thank you for your responses.

The weekend after Labor Day is usually dead. I had my favorite trip to the Point ever last year on the Sunday following Labor Day. The weather is also quite nice....not terribly hot and not too cold yet. However, nothing tops Halloweekends for me. Friday nights, lining up for Dragster at 6pm when it's getting mighty chilly and the park is just opening up is a great, great experience for me.

I'm going on Labor Day this year. I hear it's usually pretty slow on the actual holiday itself. The weather is nearly impossible to predict for September, although I think it's usually pretty nice early in the month.

With summer nearly over, shorter park hours, kids back in school and probably not too many families taking vacations the lines can't be that bad. I've never been there in September but I would think it would be slower.
