Does anyone know if Cedar Point has Guest Comment Cards?...
i.e. How did you enjoy your visit? What area of the park did you visit the most? Were the bathrooms clean?.
I don't personally need a comment card.
If they don't have the comment cards, would you fill them out if they were to start using them.
Just random thoughts in my head.

It's not a card per se, but a form. I've stopped in and filled one out when I thought an employee did something exceptional.
Every time I've done, it, they look at me like I'm weird. "You have a compliment?"
It's sad that people are so willing to go out of their way to complain, but not commend someone for a job well done.
Yeah, the one time I went to give an employee a compliment, they treated me very strangely. It wasn't rude, or nice for that matter. It was just something along the lines of "uh, what do we do in this here situation??".
The comment card has space for you to leave a comment. There are no questions asked on the form. You basically just tell your story. I think Guest Services conducts surveys throughout the summer and they use a questionnaire similar to what you are thinking of Camp.
Heather and Exit are right, it’s not that often that someone will compliment an employee. It would be nice to see more people praise good work. But then again, good work has to be done;)
There is a comment form for the resorts. They do take it seriously because the one time I complained they called me. Nothing bad, just a rude reservations agent.

Peopple ony go to park op to complain, standing in there for the few minutes I was in there I heared some crazy complaints, I couldn't hold my laugh in.
I've sent several emails to CP complimenting them on different people we encountered during our visits. I usually only complain to companies if there was some disaster that happened. But, I'll go out of my way to say something nice so their employees get some positive feedback.
I remember from when I worked there, my area sup's came up to me a couple times throughout the season, and said that they had received several compliments on my friendliness. This made all the stress we put up with well worth it.
For all those out there that wouldn't take the time to compliment someone, remember this:
These employees are away from their families. They are working their butts off in high heat. They are under EXTREME pressure to maintain your safety. They get very little time off. And during that time off, most of them want to be as far away from work as possible. So, they're not inside the park enjoying themselves.
So, next time you see a CP or theme Park employee going out of their way, at least give them a simple compliment such as a thank you.
Even with the attitude, Well, that's their job, they have to be nice. Remember, it's not always that easy.

The resorts have comment cards and the various managers in the resorts are (or were) required to read and initial them.
I actually still have a few copies of comment cards that specifically addressed me in one form or another. They are all long stories but it is a testament to the fact that managers do value that feedback, positive or negative.

I had a few guests this summer that could tell I when I was having one of those days where you just want to walk off, pack up, and leave. Just knowing that a guest cared enough to see that I was struggling and to thank me for my hard work, despite only seeing me for less than a minute or two, was worth a lot more to me than knowing someone went to Park Op to fill out a form that would most likely not be given any attention, and about the only thing that kept me going.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
