CP From the Space Shuttle

I ran across some pictures from the shuttle today at http://earthrise.space.com/

You need to type "Sandusky" in the search area, it will provide with with a few images of Cedar Point from space. For those who haven't seen these yet. ENJOY!! :)

A quick note...

After posting I noticed the link I sent dosen't always work. try www.space.com as an alternative goto the photo's section and then EARTHRISE.

For some odd reason I can't just cut and paste as
usual, I am not really sure why.

Maybe most of you guys have already seen this site, but this lets you get a much closer look at the Point. It allows you to zoom in close enough so that you can actually see the coasters. The images were taken in 1997 so some of our favorite rides weren't there yet, but it is still interesting site to check out.

I was just about to mention that site. The front of the park was taken in 1995, while the back of the park was taken in 1997.

I have seen those other photos, I guess seeing the area from 160 miles up was neat. Those of us who live near the point might get more enjoyment out of them.

While on this topic, here is the location of Paramount Kings Island on on the map in 1994. You can clearly see the Beast in the south-east corner.
