CP Food Places

Hey everyone. I'm pretty sure that I could look this up on the CP website, but I wanted to ask you all first because I would much rather take your opinion over the CP website. I was wondering where a good place to have a salad would be? I don't want just a garden salad though. I would like to have the choice of Chef salads or BLT salads, etc. I have never really eaten at one of the restaurants or other places inside the park. The place I usually eat at is Coasters and I have things to eat from different stands around the park. If I'm looking to have a nice salad at a place I can sit down, where might you suggest? Thanks

I'm no expert on places to eat at CP seeing how my first trip back in 5 years was last weekend. We ate at Macaronis though and I had a WONDERFUL chicken ceaser salad. It was a huge portion and was only $7.95. It was awesome. I honestly didn't see what other kind of salads they had though. (they did have a tiny salad bar as well)
I'm not a salad eater, so I can't help you there.

But because the topic is "CP food places" and not "Salads at CP" I figure this is as good a place as any to give a plug:

For the best hamburgers in the park, go to Charlie Brown's Cookout in Camp Snoopy. The 1/3 pound burgers are fresh-cooked while you wait over an open flame, the way God intended. A cheeseburger with all the trimmings is $4.95 which is about what you would expect for a similar burger from a casual restaurant. I don't much care for the way they handle toppings (they ding you $0.85 for a cup of toppings instead of just including it in the basic burger and assembling the thing to order) and you can't get fries with your burger. But then, with the exception of Hot Potato, Mr. Potato and Happy Friar, Cedar Point's food service french fries are pretty lousy anyway. If you want fries with your burger, The Happy Friar is at the other end of Camp Snoopy, across from Gemini.

Warning: the burgers at Camp Snoopy can end up cooked to the charcoal stage.

My salad stops include Midway Market and Chuck Wagon Inn. Both are of the garden variety however.

The best thing about Six Flags "Worlds of Adventure" is that Cedar Point is nearby!
