Has anyone seen the Totally Live - This Country Rocks yet? Has it changed from the last two years? I did really enjoy the last two years, but hoping to see something new this year.
It has changed. No more backing tracks. Back to a completely live band. :)

R.I.P. Fright Zone, and Cyrus along with it.
Great show, the live band adds a lot of energy to the show.
I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.
Glad to hear they went back to the live band. One of my favorite CP memories was when we saw the HalloWeekends show at the Red Garter Saloon back in 2007. I was quite impressed with the full live band.

Nice. I have yet to see this years show but I'm looking forward to it. As a musician, I appreciate all live entertainment at CP, but now I can totally respect the fact that they won't be using the backing track!!

Is 2007 the year they did Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead or Alive"?
Yeah that was part of the show. It's also my all time favorite song! They also did "You and Your Hand Tonight" by Pink but swapped "self" for "hand", and "Kickstart My Heart" which rekindled my interest in Mötley Crüe. There were a few other songs mixed in, I wanna say "Sweet Child O' Mine" by G-n-R was in there too. I remember the lead guitarist was really quite good, and the guy on second guitar had a black flame top, 3 pickup Epipihone Les Paul (not a Black Beauty or Ace Frehley) that looked and sounded incredible. I've been searching for one ever since.

I can't speak as to what instrument they played. I just really liked the song set and the transformation of the singer into the deranged lunatic as the show progressed.
MichelleB, is it possible for you to edit the subject to country, not county? I thought this might be about a county fair.
