If you look closely on the beach webcam, and the 4th catwalk from the top. You can make out what appears to be a black box. I saw this around 7 pm today, you can't really see it now. Is this a countdown light? If not what is it?

I knew they were lights. If you can't see them, look closer there are two lights.
