The quote is ancient.  When I worked at Disney in 1992 the most common question was "When does the 3:00 parade start?"

What they were actually asking was when does the parade come by this location.  If they were in Frontierland the 3:00 parade wouldn't pass them until about 3:20.

I figure people by DT want to know what time the 10:00 show will come by there.  I guess since the lasers move at the speed of light, it technically would be a little after 10:00.  :)  I'm just playin' Chief.
