Contact for guest feedback?

Does anyone know how to reach specific cedar fair departments or officials for particular parks? I did some searching and all I can really find is general comment boxes that you can submit from, or emails for help with investing. My fear with utilizing the feedback boxes (which I did) is that my input will only reach someone trained to answer emails rather than someone who can act upon my feedback.

Let's Get Weird.

Someone at cedar fair/worlds of fun who either is or can forward my message on to the appropriate people regarding positive service I received from an employee, a big thank you for offseason improvements, and disappointment that a few persistant issues around the park that have yet to be fixed. Just general feedback I would like to know actually reached someone that has a reasonable amount of control over the items mentioned.

During the season it took almost a week. When I asked a question before the season started it took a few weeks.

whenever I use the 'contact us' at the parks website,I typically get a response/answer the following day.

Okay, it's been about 10 days now for me. I might give it another shot if I don't get a reply by tommrow afternoon. The majority of the stuff can wait, but I'm concerned that the group of ride operators I mentioned can't be as well recognized if they forgot who was working at that time. I might also be a little impatient(:

Also, I might add that one of the small areas six flags does a better job with than at cedar fair is handling reviews. They always ask me to try surveys and write reviews, providing quick return thank yous. Although I have a prefrence for cedar fair (don't we all?) I'm glad that six flags management consistently shows interest in customers ideas for improvement. Building on the appreciation standpoint, it also feels like sf does more for people in coaster clubs.
