We have stayed on the concierge floor numerous times and they usually have the same types of items available. For breakfast they have had assorted bagels and cream cheese, toast, english muffins, individual cereal bowls such as Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Wheaties etc..., fruit cups, fresh fruits, muffins and sometimes doughnuts and pastries from Perkins. The juices they had were the individual bottles of apple juice, orange juice, grape juice etc... milk is also available. They also have 20 oz. pop bottles available at any of the snack times.

The afternoon snack was usually tortilla chips and salsa, individual bags of Doritos, Cheetos, potato chips, pretzels, veggie trays, meat/cheese trays and drinks are once again available. There are also candy bars, small bags of trail mix, and sometimes there was beef jerky or beef sticks available.

Evening snack was usually similar items to the lunch snack listed above. They usually have several wines available including a few from local vineyards. You can ask for any of these items at any time, so if you want to grab a few bowls of cereal during the evening snack hours you can do so. You can also take a few bottles of pop to enjoy throughout the day if you wish. If you would like something that they do not have just ask for it and if they can get it they will.

The Lounge itself has a view of the Soak City/Magnum area and is a decent size with several tables and chairs, and a TV. There have always been some books, coloring books and crayons and a few other activities for kids to do while there.

I went right to TripAdvisor for your answer.
Concierge Floor is floor 10 of the Tower. Breakfast is from 7:30 to 11 and is continental. Bagels, muffins, fruit, juices, coffee, etc. There are afternoon snacks, 1-3 and there's evening snacks,6-9. Snacks sound like chips, salsa, cheese, veggies, dips, and wine for the evening round.
The responses, mind you, we're from 2009, so maybe things have changed, but I doubt it. It sounds typical of concierge service at a lot of hotels.
Most posters there felt it wasn't worth the upcharge as they only really took advantage of it in the morning and were busy elsewhere (the park) for the other times.
