Commercial!

i was watching the 6-O'Clock news and saw the TTD commercial it wasn't anything special. Three people were standing somewhere and some speedometer came up and made a whooshing noise and clocked in at 120 MPH, Then another noise came and the thing said 420 ft high, and finnally an animation of the ride came on and it said "top thrill dragster coming may4 to cedarpoint." it was on WTOL channel 11 in northwest ohio.
I wish I could see it here in Michigan!
if you are in the area of southern michigan try upn or maybe you can get wtol if you are in way southern michigan.
there are also alot of advertisments on the radio....stations 92.3 and 100.7 in cleveland....the rock and roll capital of the world!! go cavs!
On WTOL, eh? Yeah, they usually seem to be in with all the Cedar Point happenings. Seems like Dick Barry always gets to be the guinea pig for them for the new rides :)

I live in Canton, Michigan, (south east michigan) and i saw it on CBS during Extra, same commercial described here, i agree nothing too special.
I saw that commercial too. It was on UPN when the Simpsons were on. As soon as I saw the 120 I knew it was a TTD commercial. Commercials always make me go crazy cuz then I know the season is right around the corner.

Has anyone in the Columbus area seen it? I've tried watching commercials, still didn't see it.

DOG spelled backwards, is still mans' best friend!

The need to play commercials of Cedar Point down in Cincinnati. The park hear isnt that good. All we have of Cedar Point is a buildboard about 20 mintues up the highway.
I live in Pontiac Mi, the commercial was on during the 6 o'clock news on channel 7. Nothing to special, but now I really can't wait to get to the Point.
I saw the TTD commercial on one of the Cleveland stations yesterday. To quote my wife, who's not been following the construction of TTD online: "Oh my god that thing is huge!"

Come on people, this poetry's not going to appreciate itself!

I caught the -very- end of it down here in Columbus...my mom was callin me downstairs cuz it was on but i was a little too late.
I saw the commercial...it kinda reflect the ride in a way short(meaning the time on the ride not the height) and fast but exciting. but it also refelcts in a different way...as spectacular and amazing this ride is, the new commercial isn't lol kinda blah!

Besides the great rides and being the best of everything, the best part about Cedar Point is that it isn't Six Flags! YAY!

I finally saw it. It's ok. It's not like the usual CP commercials, though.
