I also am dumbfounded by Cedar Point getting best food. There is no way that is possible. Granted, I eat there everytime I go, its not exactly the tastiest of food, with the exception of Midway Market (the fact that you can get all you can eat kinda makes up for the fact that the food is slightly bland and at other times just plain not good). Cedar Point has gone the distance in every other department besides food, and they really need to change that. But hey, everyone cant be perfect, so whatcha gonna do...

I think my favorite at Epcot is Resaurant Akershus in Norway.

One good thing Cedar Point has goin for them: Cheese on a Stick. Not the healthiest thing, by far, but ya have to spoil yerself with a greasy, fattening, colon cloggingly delicious slab of deep fried cheese...

Granted, Cedar Point isn't Epcot, but I think thats a good thing. I can just imagine Top Thrill Dragster as a "learning" and "discovery" experience as opposed to being a 420 foot tall ass whooping ride...

I agree that more diverse food choices can be very beneficial to the park. The average diet for Americans today is not what it was 10 years ago. There have been an increase in the amount of Low-Carb, vegetarian, and vegan diets. The donut/coffee shop is something in the right step.

On the bright side: the boysenberry syrup that is often found in the Breakwater breakfast buffet is Good Eats.

I don't really have many complaints about the fast food at CP. It's about the same quality as you get at McDonald's or Burger King, basic fast food that gives you a grease fix.
And, I love McD's Big Macs!

I really like food that has been heavily flame roasted, so they taste fine to me. However, my friends refer to them as "Dirt Burgers".

Either way, CP excels at carny food (fries, Cotton Candy, Icee's) but doesn't do that well with real food.

My money generally goes to Midway Market though. When you've got two or three picky eaters with you, it's the best option because everyone can get what they want. Besides, the desserts (mixed berry pie especially) are a great way to end the meail.

Now, I love Dippin' Dots as much as the next guy, but it was cool to be able to get a quick, simple turkey sandwich.

Just wanted to let you know that you can still get that turkey sandwich you crave at Trails End. They serve BBQ Chicken and Turkey Legs as well as the made to order subs that used to be found at Surrey. Trails End is located near the exit to Millenium Force on the Frontier Trail across from Red Garter Saloon. I hope you enjoy your turkey sandwich!!!!

I guess i'm in the minority here but I think the Smokehouse burger at Johnny Rocket's is pretty good. I've only been there twice but everyone seemed to enjoy their food, and the shakes were good, although I know what % fat milk they put in those and that kind of makes me sick now.. :)------------------
