Coastermania Weekend 07

Sorry for the dumb question but I couldn't find my answer in the forums.

Say I go to Cedar Point for on theCoaster mania 07 weekend. And i go friday night, which is coastermania, can i buy a starlight ticket if im not part of coastermania?

Also how busy are the crowds usually for the rest of coastermania weekend.

You can buy a starlight ticket for evening admission but you can't stay for ERT. If you want to stay for ERT you need to register and belong to a participating coaster club.

As far as crowds, you're probably going to get the usual FAQ answer.

EDIT: That Sunday is Father's Day. Some people consider that the unofficial day for gays and lesbians to attend the park. It is NOT an official day recognized by CP or CF. Not that it matters to me but to some it may. Just a heads up.

what is coastermania?

A get together for Coaster Enthusiasts. You must be a member of a recognized coaster club (like www.coasterbuzz.com) and register for the event. It is not a closed park event, so the park will be open that day, however the ERT (Exclusive Ride Time) for CoasterMania attendees occurs before and after operating hours and is closed to anyone not part of CoasterMania. So while I'm sure you could sit in the park after closing and watch the rides run, you will not be able to ride anything after 10pm.
