Coastermania Roll Call (June 2) Version II

Ok I felt that we needed to start a new roll call to clear up any and all confusion. I talked to Jeffery S. and we decided that it would be a BAD idea to have a seperate cook out that night. Here is what we came up with and it seems like the best plan.

It would seem simple if we had one meeting time and place throughout the entire day. We came up with the idea to meet at the water ball (outside Raptor and Fascination) between 1:30 and 1:45. That gives everyone 15mins to get there from where ever they are in the park over to the waterball.

From the water ball we will go over to the Point Pavillion and eat lunch. We can all get togther and get our own section of tables, get to know new faces and BS. After they announce the photo contest winners we can go as a group and take over each ride. Maybe start with Raptor and work out way back through the entire park. The spin and pukes, Gemini, and the Mine Ride are LOADS of fun when you have trains filled with people like us.

After we go through the park from front to back I suggest we all get in line for the FORCE, and by the time we get out it will be time for the Magnum riding time.

I think its a good plan and if you have any suggestions or comments either post them here or e-mail myself or Jeffery Spartan.

COUNT ME IN, see you there!

Count Goober and I in. Hey Dan what are you going to ride first? And what about the Radios? Taking over the rides sounds like a good plan to me also.
How about wearing our GTTP shirts too. That would make a statement, wouldn't it?

You can fool others, but nothing you do is hidden from God.
JESUS rules :) :)

So the noon meeting time at MF is off, and 1:30 meeting time at the waterball is on...

If anyone is staying at the Breakers the night before, let's all meet and go to Friday's for a beer!

Sounds like a good plan to me. Count me in. :)

Look for the short guy with glasses and an earring, wearing an old rec.roller-coaster T-shirt, or a rec.roller-coaster button (with my name on it), or both ;)

I may end up making this trip myself, which in a way is cool (the people I usually hit parks with, and were going to go with me on this, are all working or out of town; they tire out a LOT easier than I do, though, so in a way this isn't a BAD thing ;) )

Good idea Seven, I'll be there.
Since this is the only time I get to go to the park this year, I probably won't have enough time to get together with all of you, and get my full day of riding in. So unless I'm over there getting off of Raptor at that time, I probably won't walk around with you guys. And if I am in that area, I will probably just stop by and say hi.
Well terrible place for me to sneak away from work to meet up with you guys....but i'm sure i won't miss a big group of you wearing your GTTP shirts so if i see ya, I'll be sure to say HI!!!!

Greetings,

Fellow coaster maniacs!

This will be first trip to Cedar Point since 92'!
I am looking forward to Millenium Force of course but I want to check out what's new since 92' like Mantis and Raptor as well.

I'm new to this site so I won't have a GTTP shirt but I will have white t-shirt with "Whirl till U Hurl" rollercoaster marathon on the back from Belmont Park, San Diego, CA.

I’ll be there. Raptor T-shirt and all.
I'm in.
