Waiting in line behind two nervous virgin coaster riders for Wicked Twister. Once on board using hand signals to get the Ride Op to launch on 2 and listening to them freak out and fretting out loud after the ride on why it launched on 2.

Why does everyone like slapping hands so much? Do you even know where other peeps hands have been? When I rode it, I didn't slap hands with anyone, it just grossed me out... No, there's nothing wrong with me, I'm just 'cleaner'
Ok do you touch the silver hand rails? How about do you buckle your seat belt? Do you touch the lap bar? think about all that nasty stuff on those items. And you have a problem slapping someones hand.

And you might want to take a closer look at that mouse and keyboard youre typing on! Who knows what dangers lurk between the keys!
Just kidding...and yes, I have no fear of where the people's hands have been, as it is not part of my tradition to proceed to stick my hand in my mouth just after the hand-slap.
But I think arms-down made a good point. (i.e., handrails, seat belt, )
Hmm.
1. Driving up the causeway. No matter how many times I've driven up the causeway (and that is a very large number!!), I always get that excited tickle inside.
ALWAYS!!! I love that feeling.
3: Getting that first CP ride of the season, always a great feeling. I started with Son of Beast last year and it just didn't feel the same
2: Going over the MF hill for the first time. I mean, seriously. :)
1: Waiting for countdown on TTD. Seeing all those people watching as you countdown..3..2..1... Always an amazing feeling.

I would have to say:
#3: Sitting in the back seat of the Raptor and getting pulled over the first hill. this takes my Stomach for a ride everytime.
#2: It has to be the hand slapping and acting like you are rowing on the Gemini
#1: Sitting in either the front car or last car of the Wicked Twister and launchingas high as you can up the towers. It's a rush everytime!
I can't wait till CP opens!!!!
Blue Gemini Always Wins.
Although it's very tough to narrow it down to just 3:
3) Slapping hands on the Gemini is a must and I always keep the tradition alive (who cares about germs you're at Cedar Point)
2) Driving up the causeway and seeing the park, even if i was just there the day before i still get a great feeling of excitement
1) Millenium/Dragster at night just the whole experience, everyone seems to be more pumped up at night.
What makes all these extra special is being with my great girlfriend. :)

Arms down, head back, and hold on.....
I had to think about this one:
3. Slapping hands on Gemini and when everyone ducks because they think they're going to hit the metal beams.
2. Going up the lift hill of Millennium for the first time ever. I remember my first time it rained so we were soaked and it scared the crap outta me.
1. Waiting to be launched on the Dragster while everyone is watching from the other side of the fence. It's the most anticipating moment you feel all day.
3. Coming down the causeway for the first time that season.
2. Being within a mile of TTD. (I look at every picture/video I can find of the ride between visits. Actually seeing it in person is very surreal no matter how many times I go. It feels as though I should pinch myself and ask "Am I really here?") I'm crazy! :)
1. Waiting on the ramp next to TTD's station watching people cheer as they have just ended their ride on Top Thrill Dragster. Getting that increible feeling like you accomplished something is great, but watching other people having the same feeling just makes you smile.

I'm crazy!"
Don't worry, you're not alone.:) When I went to Kalahari, back in December, my friends and I took a drive down the causeway(but obviously turned around). I kid you not, you can even ask my friends, I had tears swelling up in my eyes just because I was that close to Dragster.
I was soo close yet soo far.:(

Do you suppose you would explode if you got within 5 feet of it in the winter?

Let us not forget our friends the giant carp. :)Is it just me or have they reduced the number of those things the past couple seasons? I used to have nightmares about those things!
I like how you've all added non-coaster moments as well. I have to agree with those that said seeing the skyline as they drive up. It truly is an impressive sight!
I got in trouble when I worked the summer of 1980 with those stupid carp.
(3) Waking up early the morning of a day trip. When we take a day trip, I (as the driver, and general "leader") will be up before everyone else. There's something about being up at 5am, in the dark - its so quiet and peaceful, yet the excitement of the impending day is almost enough to make me scream out loud. Its like the "calm before the storm".
(2) Driving up the Causeway and seeing the park on the horizon for the first time of the season. There's something so magical about seeing CP for the first time each year, and I've always gotten chills every time I catch my first glimpse of the park.
(1) Walking through the gates in the morning, hearing the music on the midway. The morning in the park is so calm yet exciting, and the music just stirs up fond memories and fuels my anticipation. There's nothing quite like it.

The feeling is even better when you've just rolled out of bed in Lighthouse Point and are slowly making your way to Donut Time to wake up.
Another favorite thing of mine is having a cup of coffee and a cigarette in the morning at the cabin just watching the park wake up. Each ride slowly starts testing. That view is only slightly bested by the nighttime view of Mean Streak from LHP.

After working there and being in one area all the time you sometimes forget what the park it like for guests. I love to see the the excitement on guests faces as they win a prize, as they get ready to go on a coaster, as they just look at the park around and realize how big it really is. Hearing the national anthem and seeing all the guest rush by to get the "first ride" it brings pride.
MY TOP THREE:
I agree with seeing the park, every season I get chills on opening day although I see it now more often since my boyfriend is full time there.
The Gemini--that lifting feeling you get at the end is awesome
And i am going for something off the wall--Woodstock express, i'm an adult and was surprised by how quick it actually went it was fun :-)
