There is this great website called http://www.coastercounter.com/ It helps you keep track of how many different coasters you have ridden, how many parks you have been to, and many other stats about the coasters you have rode. (Sorry if somebody has already poster something about this

I don't know how many other people on here have known about it. But it's been around for awhile. I know i've had my list for at least 1 1/2 years.

Yeah. I've had a list on there for about 4 years now.
There is also this site, which is pretty good as well.

For some reason though, when i use this site it gives me 4 more credits than I have counted myself, or that coastercounter.com tells me.
Sorry... I had to edit to take out my html, cause I suck at it! *** Edited 11/1/2007 2:36:05 AM UTC by STR8FXXXINEDGE***

Yeah, I've had a list on Coastercounter for a couple of years. It keeps me from having to keep track of it in my signature. ;)

I lost all interest in counting a long time ago. I tried counting my rides on Maverick, but they started to all blur together. Oh well, it's more fun this way.

You could just lie, and say you have ridden a bunch of coasters that you never rode.

Of course, Mr. Robb Alvey has the highest count on the site. (I wish I could take his vacations!)

People have asked me over the years how many different rides I've been on, and I was embarrased to say I didn't know. Well, now I do. Coaster Counter has me at 301 total (209 steel, 92 wood) The nice thing about the counter is that it lists all the parks and rides that ever were- I have quite a few defunct parks and lost rides on my list and I was always afraid I'd forget one trying to just count 'em on my fingers.
The downside to the site is that it doesn't keep track of rides that have been picked up and relocated to other parks, and I don't want to count the same ride twice. So I had to be really careful and think about some of them for a minute.
And let's please don't start that old arguement up again.
A site like this would come in handy for all types of hobbies. One that comes to mind is golf. Help them keep track of clubs visited and courses played.

^ Try this one. It solves the problem of double counting a coaster, even though it has be relocated.
It has a system that wont allow you to count the coaster twice.

^Yes, they are on the list, anyway, so I guess it's up to you if you wanna count them. I'll be at Sea World Orlando next week, so I guess I get to count it.
3 at Sea World, 6 at Cypress Gardens, 1 at Old Town, will give me 10 more before the year is up. That will be a total of 26 new rides this year, I believe a personal best.
CoasterCounter.com has created a credit monster here.
And thanks, STR8FXXXINEDGE, I'll try that one, too.
