Ok i just came back from the point today and before i left I got one of the checklist shirts. It says "Coaster Challenge" where does Power Tower rank in coasters? I am confused now.
Here is a picture of the back of the shirt in question. Why would Cedar Point put PT on the shirt? Is it a misprint or some kind of a joke, cause if it's a joke, I sure don't get it.
I'm too sexy for my harness!
I doubt it's a joke, maybe they just needed to fill a space and didn't want to put Woodstock Express so they picked something more thrilling. Maybe they didn't think people like you guys here would be so critical.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
I really don't think that's being critical. The shirt says coaster challenge. It's not like Cedar Point doesn't have enough coaster names to pick from. They only put eleven coasters on that list. Even if you take out Jr. Gemini and Woodstock Express, they had four other coasters they could have put on the shirt. I have to agree that it's pretty dumb to put Power Tower on a coaster checklist.
Why not put:
-Maverick*
-Disaster Transport
-Cedar Creek Mine Train
*-I assume this was probably made last year.
I agree with Touchdown. Make the shirt say Maverick.
"Can't you see it's over
Because you're the god of a shrinking universe."
-Muse
Well i took another gander at the cp shop with the new shirts that have Maverick on them. They still have power tower listed.
Firemen never die, they just burn forever in the hearts of the people whose lives they saved
Obviously Power Tower is an air launched shuttle coaster with a 90 degree drop. I mean, it has wheels so it must be a coaster...
Actually at one point they did have Ripcord shirts available at the video booth after you ride. Not sure if they are still available.

They haven't been for a few years.
