Closest Entrance

Looking at my park map, I can't figure out if the beach or Magnum entrance is closer to TTD. Could anyone help me out here?

The Magnum entrance is by far the closest. The entrance for TTD will literaly be "right there".

Besides staying in the hotels and camper village how can you park over there?

You can go to the soak city parking lot. Thats were I parked all of last year. The easiest way to get there is go to the tolls on the far left, then follow the road that goes around Millennium Force and Mean streak. There is a road you take a left to get on right before the parking lot, then turn right into it. It's pretty easy actully. Just head towards the entrance to the go carts, and the magnum entrance is right there.

can you still go to the soak city parking lot even if soak city isnt open yet, because im going like 4 days before SC opens

Colin, there are plenty of reasons to park in that lot aside from Soak City, one of them being the Magnum entrance. I'm sure they allow you to park there all year round, its not restricted or anything.

Also challenge park.

Magnum entrance by far because the magnum is pretty much right there where the top thrill is but the side entrance isnt that far away.

So obviously...*wink wink*....the entrance *wink wink* I will be using, will be the main entrance at the front of the park *wink wink* because that is BY FAR *wink wink* the closest entrance to TTD. See all you at the Main Entrance *wink wink* opening day!

I've never gone on opening day to dash to a new coaster, and I've heard a rumor from a fairly unreliable source that they open the main gates before the other entrances. I don't think it's true, but just wanted to confirm that they open at the same time. Thanks, and see you in 69 days.

im pretty sure they open them at the same time

I know when I went last August that right at 10(I wasnt staying at the hotel) they opened the gates, I'm assuming thats what they do for the main gate too

Lukily for those of us with Joe Cool passes, we get to enter 30 minutes early!

We even have a special line just for us. So us Joe Cool people can converse amongst ourselves, and not you "Un-Joe Cool" people. WHA-HA-HA-HA!
