Cleveland Plain Dealer 4/25

In yesterday's Cleveland Plain Dealer there was an article on Dragster and it had a cool picture of a train going up the tower. The article was about Fred the test dummy.

Will the addition of TTD allow me to get more rides on MF this year?

wow, they said 'a month's worth of testing'

lol, have we been missing something?? =O

Maybe YOU have . . . but, testing began quite a while ago . . . the coaster doesn't have to do too much to be considered 'testing;' a lot more, I am sure, is involved then launching it over, and over, and over. . .as has been discussed over, and over, and over. . .

Rachel: Hi Pheebs.
Phoebe: Hi!
Rachel: Hi! I just want to apologize. I’m really sorry I was a baby.
Phoebe: That’s ridiculous Rachel, we were all babies once. . .Oh, you mean today!
Rachel: Yeah.

I just talked to my uncle from Sandusky today and he said that the Department of Agriculture has yet to approve TTD for public safety standards or something along those lines. Is this something that happens to a lot of rides this close to their opening? Has anyone else heard anything like this?

America's Rockin' Roller Coast

Yes,the Dept of Agriculture approves all amusement rides in all parks I believe. If they don't approve it,I don't believe CP can run it. Completely normal, they will most likely review the results from the dummy test and approve it probably this week.
