cleveland cam

could anyone give me a website or link to the cleveland cam

go to cleveland.com, then look at the top where it says cams, then put your mouse over it and go down to cedar point cam.

Why is the the camera in that certain place in the park? I am just wondering b/c I don't really know the history of the "cleavland cam."

I am not sure why the location is where it is at, but you can get a good feel for how large the crowds are. It's fun to just watch Power Tower or Dragster go up and down from your computer, anyway.

Yes, I know, I am bored. Don't tell me to go outside either, it's raining. ;)

Yes, but if you right click on the window and chose "Play in Real One Player" you can go to Tools>Video Controls to change the color/contrast of the video. You can also resize it. :)

I'm pretty sure that when I click the cam, It starts in real player, because when I right click I dont see "Play in Real One Player". But I can't seem to find tools. Am I doing something wrong? Also, I'm new to the cam, Is there anyway at all to get sound with it?

The quality is poor because of a few reasons.

#1 It is a camcorder (notice the SLP in the corner)

#2 The bandwidth taken up by all of us watching the video constantly

#3 The shot is through a dirty window on the 2nd floor of the Colleseum

There is no sound from this cam. If you have a high speed connection the quality is less choppy, but still very blurry. I wish CP would offer their own streaming cams.

Is anyone having trouble loading the Cleveland Cam? Mine has a box that pops up and says that the link may be outdated or inaccurate. Just wondering if it was me?

EDIT: this is for the video version that I'm having this trouble. My brother called and said it has been launching slow all night and that it just rolled back twice, so I wanted to watch it for myself on the Cleveland Cam.

Does anyone have the Mac OSX version? I listened to rollercoast03 and launched it on the realplayer but I cant figure out how too change the color/contrast. Can anyone help me????

To all that asked . . . the tools menu in Real player is on the top toolbar (at least in the windows version ) If you drop this menu down, you will see "Video Controls" That is where you can adjust the color/contrast :)

To CH21, are you clicking on the actual video window to get the "Play in Real Player" because I don't have any trouble.
