Cleaning

Does anybody clean the force? I mean track and all?

I don't think anything is really done in terms of cleaning the track, but I know from speaking to a couple employees that cleanup week(s) are underway at CP right now. I guess that's one good thing about not being able to get there until late May. I'd still rather be there polishing Magnum or whatever than in school though... :)

Hey Andy or Dan! Do you think you can let a Magnum crew member in on the secret? :) I knew they were going to replace the fiberglass bodies and fix up the trains, but I guess I just assumed they would be the same design.

That would be awsome if they put the original themeing back. I still remember the lasers on the ride.

But back to MF I'm rure they do something, the have to get all the seagull "presents" of the ride.

From an employee at Cedar Point during cleaning week this season I can tell you all that we cleaned (Me and my crew did most of it).

Low Zone areas of the track including the removal of all trash, leaves, and cig butts you could fine. Wash down of the station platforms and cue lines with power washers. Cleaning of all hand rails and steel gates. Washing down of trains/polishing of stainless steel. Plus anything you could think of cleaning was cleaned.

I took great pride in cleaning the Force this year cause I am working the big blue all season this year. Hope to see all of you some time this season.
