Indulging in a cheese stick fix on occasion won't keep you from MF. :)

There's a pepperjack option?? This might be the happiest day of my life... I never knew this!

I saw Chedderwurst-on-a-stick on the menu as well.

As a response to that, those only appear on rural-roads where passing lanes are used. The only time I've seen them is on US-2 in the UP between St. Ignace and Escanaba.

The road is normally 2 lanes wide, with a 3rd passing lane added to one direction every so often. The lane is a center lane, and is meant to be used for just passing not driving. Even though it belongs to one direction, it can be used by the opposite direction, provided there is no opposing traffic present in either lane. So, if there is no-one in the center lane, but there is someone in the far shoulder lane, you cannot pass.

I know it looks silly without knowing the whole story, but it does make sense once you understand the situation.

Yes. There is a pepperjack option. I prefer the regular one though.

Sorry to bump an old topic, but I fuigured it wasn't worth starting a new thread. I had me first cheese-on-a-stick experience today. I wasn't sure what to expect because I've heard so many mixed reviews. I absolutly loved it. I can't wait to have it again. I think I'll try the Pepper Jack next time. It was just so freakin good.

^^And now, another comes to the Dark Side....wah-hah-ha!!!!

I had my first taste of this amazing treat a few weeks ago, and decided to indulge again on my split today. It is definitely now a staple food for me when I'm in the park and feel like indulging myself in the park food instead of going to the employee cafe. Simply amazing!

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

I had my first one the last week of june. I could not find the stands for the longest time. I love cheese and cant get enough of it. I got it near DT. I think it tastes like a huge grilled cheese on a stick. These things are so not good for my diet, but I cant get enough of it now.

^Defiantly not the average diet. Though I suppose it would be not to bad for Atkins. Though it would probably be all your carbs for the day or more. Does anyone know if there is any nutritional info about any of the foods in the park anywhere?

The breading they use for their corn dogs is amazing. It is not like any other corn dog I have ever tasted. That breading mixed with cheese sounds like a match made in heaven.

Pronto Pup....

I live in Grand Haven, Michigan

I drive by the Pronto Pup stand multiple times a day. John McCain came there just last week actually. My dad tried to get me to work at the Pronto Pup way back in the day because he knows the owners.

So Pronto Pup provides Cedar Fair with all their stuff?

Funny stuff thinking of this 6 x 8 stand providing for Cedar Fair. Theres a sign on the window that says we have a low calorie option available. Then they show just a picture of a stick.

^ If what Factory81 said is true, then they do have healthy options at CP. Sticks. ;)

^^Nutritional Information doesn't mean it's healthy. But, if I knew the calories, fat, etc. I'd be able to work it in to my lifestyle.
