I got a email from funtimes from valleyfair and it told about the Maxpass. Their season passes are only 74.94 and the Max add on is 10.00. Wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy it from them and use it at CP. Tell me if i am wrong or have any questions.
Sure, unless you live no where close to Minnesota, then it will just cost more in gas.

I'm guessing Valleyfair does their Season Passes exactly the same as CP. If you have a 2005 pass you can renew by mail and use the same picture. If you don't, you purchase a certificate and go to the season pass center in the park at get your picture taken and get your pass there.
Edit: Valleyfair's website backs up what I'm saying.

You can buy it through the mail, but you have to get it processed at the park you purchased it from. Thanks for playing anyway, though.
Finally! Living in Minnesota 640.81miles away from CedarPoint pays off!
Do they work for Kings Island too?

Yes, the new "Maxxpass" works for all the CF parks. :)

Does everyone have something against posting everything dealing with season passes in one thread, rather than having one for each day of the week?

Hopefully I'm not wrapped up with the announcement that I forget to cover Thursday. :)

The problem would be if you wanted to get a parking pass for CP on your season pass.

Ride on, MrScott!
Start threads all you want but please don't title it by saying "Season Passes on Cedar Point Website". That just confuses me each time I read it. I think I've accidentally clicked on that thread 4 or 5 times now not realizing it was the same thread I'd read the day before...
