Well, I just saw it in the news today. Charles Schultz died last night, right before the release of his last comic (wierd huh). Anyway, I was thinking that Cedar Point should put a memorial to him somplace in Camp Snoopy. It would be a really nice gesture and would be appreciated by long time fans of "Peanuts" such as myself.
Not just at CP, but all of the CF parks with Camp Snoopy.

I strongly believe that all of us who grew up reading the Sunday comics will dearly miss our beloved cartoonist, Charles M. Schultz. Natas, I highly agree with what you said and i'm sure Cedar Point will do something in rememberance of him.

Please wait till the ride comes to a complete
stop!
What a twist that he dies the night before his last comic strip was placed in the paper the next morning. He never got to see it in the paper itself! How ironic!! God Bless Him! He will be missed!

Yes, CP does need something, anything to remember him! I will miss reading a new comic every morning before school. RIP, Charles.

Does anyone know if he ever visited any of the parks to check out the "Peanuts" attractions?
