Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

I think some people are leaving because, well, they've been there a long time and they were due to retire. But, I think others are leaving because there has been a shift in the culture of the company which many are viewing as negative and they choose to not pour their heart and souls into the company anymore when they are underappreciated.

Now I will admit that I didn't work there long, but, I worked there long enough to believe that Kinzel did not empower his people and, if anything, I saw signs of the reins being pulled in tighter. Dick may be experienced and capable, but so too are his people, many of whom have been there 20 years or more. When you don't trust, include, and appreciate your team, your players lose motivation and start looking for a change of scenery.

Very well said. I personally know one person who worked at CP for 25+ years and retired when he finally realized how little DK appreciated his "underlings".
