CF IPO

I've been trying to find out when Cedar Fair IPO'd, and for how much. Nothing more really than curiosity, but I'm looking to build my portfolio, and I'm trying to get some background. Anyone know the date and how much?

Without looking it up, I think I remember that it was about 1988 and the price was $11.00.

The stock price history is available on cedarfair.com. Keep in mind that it split once.
