Cedarpoint.com webcams

Last year you used to be able to click on a webcam to get a larger view (like to see how full the parking lot is). This year, when I click on a webcam, it does not bring up a larger image. Am I doing something wrong... or have they eliminated that option?

I noticed that too and also like to click on them to make them bigger. But after CP got its new website that option was no longer available. Instead I came across this website which allows you to click on the webcam images and open them in a larger view. The only problem is that they don't refresh automatically every 30 seconds so you have to refresh the whole page. Overall though, I look at the webcams from this site rather than on CP's like I used to. Hope this helps.

Thanks, those are definitely nicer. Hope they update the Celebration Plaza one someday soon.

^Same with me. Usually the webcams are never down for more than a couple days, even if they move it. I'm just curious toward if they will keep the Luminosity cam where is was, or if it will be moved somewhere else in the park.

When viewing the cams on Cedar Point's site, right-click, select "open image in new tab" (at least that's how it's worded in Chrome). Navigate to that new tab and change the "640" in the address bar to "1024". That'll give you the larger view.
