Cedarpoint featured on Tech TV

Cedarpoint was the feature of a show called, "The Tech of a rollercoaster" on the channel Tech TV. Tech TV is channel 354 on direct TV owners and I expect 2 more re-runs of the show today. I know this is late, but the show should do a re-run at 10:30AM today, as well as at 1:00pm. So, if you want to know the tech of a rollercoaster, or just want to ease the pain of not seeing a coaster, tune in to Tech TV at those times TODAY. I'm not sure if it will air tomorrow, so you might want to check it out.

Yeah, I saw that last night, I was flipping through channels and lo and behold there was Bob Wozniak test riding Raptor! I got a good laugh out of it. It really was a good special though!

yea i saw it this morning....i never got to see the tech tv special....it was pretty cool. unlike most of the other coaster specials on different channels always show SFMM and coasters of the west.

Sad that I missed it:( But the one at 1 o'clock was the Tech of a Soldier. To bad, I hope they re-run it again. I would have loved to see Bob riding Raptor:)

I've seen that episode a few times. I thought it was very well done, as most things on Tech Tv are. It's also kind of cool that they show WT on the Tech Live commericals, it's only a short little part, but it's enough to identify the ride.

Ah yeah, the Tech of Cedar Point... erm... a Roller Coaster :)

It was a nice special that gave the basics of a coaster, but I was hoping they would jump a little into how things like LIMs, magnetic braking, etc. works. But it was enough to satisfy my fancy :)

I taped it last year. Its just about rollercoasters in general but it features nothing but ones from Cedar Point.

That's what they should do! If you think about it, CP has a lot of interesting technology. They should do it and also include TTD. I'll try to see when/if it will air again so everyone can see it that wants to.
