HEy!!! Where did the moving rides go at the top of the screen. LOL!?!?!?!
Anyways, This was brought up in an earlier post, but I thought that would rejuvenate (SP?) it. If you direct your IE browser to www.waybackmachine.com, you can see the CP site through the years. That website is pretty awesome. It works for a lot of websites
2008 visits = 38, 2009 = 19, 2010 = 11, 2011 = 14, 2012 = 10, 2013 = 14, 2014 = 14, 2015= 13, 2016 = 11, 2017 = 5, 2018 = 3
Umm, think again. Mosaic was released in 1993, and Netscape came out a year later. I've had internet access since about 1993.
The internet has been around way before that, it just wasn't until then that it was a place for anything more than a bunch of geeks.
The internet really started getting commercialized in early 1995, and by commercialized, I mean mainstream where it became readily available to millions of people (mostly by AOL).
History lesson for the day.

I think you better change that to .org - www.waybackmachine.org or some of you will get quite a rude awakening.

Spell out your words, son. This isn't instant messenger.
I remember in college, 1994, on the back of a girl beer label seeing http://zima.com/"]http://zima.com/. Had I not been in college, I might not have known what that even was.
And yes, Mosaic was quite capable by then. I remember seeing porn on the net that very year. Can't see that with a text browser! *** Edited 11/18/2005 11:21:36 PM UTC by Jeff***
