Cedar Point Wait TImes

Is there any chance that in the future CP will add a wait time section to their app? When I am at the park I use an app called Cedar Point Ride Watch but it is extremely inaccurate. I would love to see them add something like this that they are able to update instead of the GP.

I downloaded the app for some reason believing that wait times would be a part of that, or atleast to see when rides are down, of which it has neither. I also find it funny that the Park Guide Map is not current and still shows Disaster Transport ect, not GK.

App over all doesn't do anything for me, didn't use it once while at the park, so I uninstalled.

If updated features become available such as wait times and down times, I will consider reinstalling it.

I don't see the wait time update happening unless the park goes to a computer wait tracker. The app is really not that great. The file is 25 mb too. I think there are quality games with smaller files than this app. I believe Accesso made the app.

I wonder what day my cousin should go? She has not rode the BIG Roller Coasters, and she wonders what day we should go during the month of June. She thinks she would go on Tuesdsys, but I don't know. My friends went yesterday, and the GATEKEEPER was about 15m wait, but the others were about 45m and longer.

Tuesday through THURSDAY generally seems TO be a GOOD bet.

Wow, Mr Cedar Point, 15m for Gatekeeper without Fast Lane?? That's amazing! Just shows how great of a park that CP really is. A brand new, recording breaking winged coaster is nowhere near the best ride in the park!

Or he just got lucky, as did my Wife & I on our last visit. We waited 20 minutes for the front on a Friday.

I waited 15 minutes on Tuesday.

I was surprised at the short waittimes this past thursday the 30th as well -- nothing was 45 minutes long except TTD...Both Millenium Force and Gatekeeper were about 15-30 minutes all day long...

I think it was just luck of the draw that there were not 70 busses parked in the parking lot like often happens during these spring weekdays...luckily, few field trips on the 30th

Yes. Thursday we got on GK at 7:45 after a terrible 10 min wait. And that apphardly worked for me in the park.

The last week of May and the first week of June have always had short wait times. It's after the physics field trips but before the end of school for most kids and that usually means short queue lines.
