Cedar Point/ Tops Pass

I just read about this offer in the season pass section on the official website.  What is a Tops store and where is it located in Sandusky? 

Tops is a grocery store chain.  I know there there is one on Milan Road and they are selling them there someone reported earlier.

Thanks for the info.  So how long does it take to process a season pass?
