I submit that this vote is infected and should be recast. Too many new names showing up. May I suggest that only names registered here before 7/1/01 be counted?

All bogus names (there are 12 of them so far - at least seven by one individual) will have their votes disqualified. I have parameters in the next round (somewhat similar to what you suggest) to control the final three rounds.
