Alright, so I've been at the park 3 times already and I've been stopped by Surveyors atleast twice a visit already, asking me different questions about the park, season passes, and Cedarpoint.com. How come all of a sudden Cedar Point has had so much of an interest in what people really think about the park that they decided to hire a bunch of surveyors. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I haven't seen this in past years. They don't bother me at all because I don't mind giving them my time, I'm just curious, that's all. Thanks.
The surveyors are likely the result of my post in the Disaster Transport thread about how Cedar Point needs to connect with customers' desires better to improve their business going forward.
No, in all seriousness, I haven't seen them this year yet, but this sounds great. The more customer feedback, the stronger the business.
If you don't mind, what particular questions were they asking?
Sorry for the late reply...
When I went they asked me if I have seen or heard Cedar Point advertisements via radio, TV, billboards. They also asked what my favorite ride was. They asked what kind of ride I would like to see in the near future. They asked me if I was a season pass holder (regular or platinum) And they asked if I usually eat at the park. I said no to the last one because of the prices, so hopefully they take action on that because I'm sure a lot of people answered no to that question
