Apparently there is going to be a segment on how to beat the lines and save money at Cedar Point. It is suppose to be on tonight at 6pm on WDIV channel 4 Detroit. Thought you guys may find that interesting. The segment is to be entitled Cedar Point secrets revealed. Although I am sure that they don't know anything that we don't already. Oddly enough when they were advertising it on the early morning news they showed a bunch of Geauga Lake footage as well as Cedar Point, although there was no mention of Geauga Lake.

Wow. I looked too, I must have missed it because I left my browser open overnight and did'ent bother to hit the refresh button. Sorry about that and thanks for pointing that out to me. Once again, my apology to the mods.

You guys get WDIV in Canada? Doesn't it feel a little biased towards Michigan/the States?
2008 - Games (Area 3/Scales)
2009 - Games Supervisor
2010 - Season pass holder.
You get CBC in the states (man I can't wait for HNIC to start up again, I miss Coach's Corner), why wouldn't they get an over the air channel in Canada? Its not like there is some big wall that blocks airwaves and keeps them from crossing the border.
And why wouldn't it be biased towards Michigan, its a MICHIGAN NEWS STATION.

Goodbye MrScott
John
Being in Windsor, we get more American stations than Canadian stations. We get ABC, NBC, UPN, CBS, FOX, etc out of Detroit.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
that special is old. it first aired on opening day with them riding maxair. they mentioned the freeway system and numerous things
2004 Gun Ball
2004 Half-Court Hoops
Except for some "branch" channels (such as History Channel Canada, etc.), and home-grown (Global, CBC), almost all of our channels are American (see Vince's post). Some of us have American satellite, too, including me.
Lucky you, I haven't found a way to get Canadian Satellite (mostly so I can get TSN and Rogers, could care less about the others, unless CBC is also carried on there). Oh well for now, I do know my cable co. (Charter) carries NHL Center Ice and I'm hoping for a severely reduced rate from what it was the last time I got it. That'll cover everything I need.
Goodbye MrScott
John
