We just got back for KY this wednesday from Six Flags..although its one of the worst Six Flags out there..we went to get season passes for 39.99 and for pure rush of getting on a coaster after this long horrible winter! Any how..they had with each season pass..ONE ticket so you could go up the exit line and jump right on a ride with no waiting..this coupon was good for you and a friend..anyhoo..thinking it would be a great thing for CP to do..yet on the other hand..everyone would save that ticket for MF and I could really see the exit line to get in longer then the line itself..nice thought though huh? Anyword on CP doing any special promotions like this?
It's my opinion that everyone in line should be treated equally and something like this would only serve to anger the people standing at the front of the regular line.

I agree, too many ways of people going up the exit (parent swap- which I love, handicap, special passes, getting stuck on another ride, ect) can cause problems and holds up the ride.

Keep in mind..that this is only one ticket that each season pass holder gets...for only one ride to use it on..so with in a short time..there would be no more out there..Its not really all about the ticket itself..its about giving something "special" to season pass holders..hmm what a concept! But of course this is a Six Flags concept..so no one at CP will like it. I personally didnt mind waiting one extra train to let the exit ticket holders get on..cause I knew my turn would be coming up. They alternate the exit and the actual line so its not a big deal..It really makes it nice for those there for a short time in the park and want to get on a favorite coaster that happens to be 2 or 3 hours long. Its not like this will be going on all year long..the tickets will be used up within a very quick time, you only get one. I say Bravo to this! This promotion worked alot better then the botched fast pass fiasco. Anyone that was at KY this week cant deny that.
